Our Story

Sam and Ashton, childhood friends from Richland Center, WI, shared a common childhood, rooted in academic and athletic success. Summers, however, were a different story as they both took on strenuous blue-collar jobs – Sam with a basement repair and concrete company, and Ashton with a seed corn company. Those sweltering summers instilled in them the unwavering value of hard work.
Upon graduating high school, Ashton pursued his education at Lakeland University, while Sam set his sights on UW-Madison. The day before they left for college, on a drive around town, they made a pact that would one day shape their futures: if either of them were to embark on starting a company, the other would be part of it.

They went their separate ways, but fate brought them back together when at college Sam stumbled upon an opportunity to run a branch for a residential painting company. Without hesitation, he brought Ashton on board, and together, they shattered company revenue records, leaving a lasting mark as the most successful branch managers in the company’s history.

After a year of learning the ropes of residential painting the hard way, they decided to venture into uncharted territory – starting their own residential painting company.

Sam

Hello! My name is Sam Bosworth and I am the CEO and co-owner of Bozwal Painting LLC. While Bozwal painting is my main priority, I am also working towards a degree in accounting at the Grainger School of Business at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Prior to my college education I graduated high school from Richland Center, WI. I was a three sport athlete in high school participating in football, basketball, and track. Previous professional experience includes being a branch manager for a residential painting company and a basement repair tech with a basement repair company. These professional experiences taught me how to work hard and how to put the client first. In my free time I enjoy rooting for the Badgers and spending time with my family. I look forward to exceeding all of our clients’ expectations!

Ashton

Hello! My name is Ashton Wallace, and I am the President and co-owner of Bozwal Painting LLC. I’m taking a year off of my pursuit towards a corporate law degree to put 100% of my time and effort towards Bozwal Painting. I spent 2022-2023 at Lakeland University studying business while playing soccer and running track, finishing my first year with a 4.0 GPA. Before leaving for Sheboygan and Lakeland University, I graduated with Sam from the Richland Center high school. I would say that my work experience has defined me as an individual and given me the tools that I use to function and succeed in everything I do. Working for the same agribusiness company for 5 summers made me the hardest worker I know and gave me the managerial skills that Sam and I implement daily on the job site. I was also a branch manager at a residential painting company. I’m beyond excited to be able to show our clients how diligent we are and how committed we are to building a lasting reputation.
